To be honest it seems like a superfluous feature, but the ability to be able to choose between having that or the old new threads box would be nice. Especially for us smaller communities where not a lot changes that often. The other thing I would like to see is it moved out of the forum body and up into the navbar. It seems a bit out of place where it is now.
